He launched ReFresh to solve a critical gap he experienced firsthand, the lack of real-time emotional visibility in the workplace. With a background in media, behavioral psychology, and early-stage ventures, Harrison is passionate about building systems that make emotional wellbeing measurable, actionable, and core to performance.
